How do leaderboards stay honest?
Top-rank lifts require video proof submitted through the app. The crowd reviews and reports fakes. Self-reported numbers stay private until verified — you can climb your local board with raw logs, but the global leaderboard is video-gated.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
Yes. Forge access unlocks the global Arena, AI-built splits, ranks, unlimited history, and social features. Cancel anytime — no questions asked.
What gets tracked?
Six core lifts on the global Arena — bench, squat, deadlift, pull-ups, dips, push-ups. Every other exercise is logged in your journal: sets, reps, weight, RPE, rest. PRs detected automatically, volume and frequency charted week over week.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, directly through Google Play. Monthly cancels at the next cycle. Annual is non-refundable mid-cycle but does not auto-rebill if cancelled. Your local journal stays even if you stop the subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes. Local-first storage with encrypted backups. No third-party trackers, no ads, no data sold. Public profile fields (username, ranks, public PRs) are explicitly opt-in and you control what's visible.
